Ms. Momoko Hayakawa

Application for the violin Enrico Rocca 1904 loan was started in May 2025 , and it has been decided that the violin is scheduled to be loaned to Ms. Momoko Hayakawa, a student of the Faculty of Music, Tokyo University of the Arts.
We hope from the bottom of our hearts for her improvement and success in the future.

Momoko Hayakawa

Born in Nagoya in 2004. Started to learn the violin at the age of three. After studying at the Music Dept, Kikuzato High School of Nagoya City, she is now a 4th year student at the Musical Instrument Division, the Faculty of Music, Tokyo University of the Arts, majoring in the violin.

The 1st place at the 8th International Junior Music Competition. The 3rd place at Osaka International Music Competition. The 3rd place in Nagoya Division of the 74th Student Music Concours of Japan.
A member of NHK Nagoya Junior Orchestra from 2014 to 2021, during which she played as concert mistress. Participated in many master classes inside and outside Japan, including Kirishima International Music Festival and Allegro Vivo Academy in Austria. Received in Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival Audition, she participated in the Festival Orchestra 2024. Received in the audition of “the 79th Fresh Musician Education Project” Orchestra Series organized by Japan Federation of Musicians, she studied with Toshiaki Umeda, and played Dvorak Violin Concerto with Nagoya Philharmonic Orchestra. Chosen in the university she belongs to, she is going to play Mendelssohn Violin Concerto with the University Philharmonia Orchestra at a morning concert.
She has studied with Yoshiko Arakawa, Toshiko Yaguchi, Natsumi Tamai and Takako Yamasaki so far.
